Continued Diversification of Services

While EDC’s background lies in automotive design, the company has expanded widely over the last five years to offer expert design engineering in areas ranging from electrical to consumer design. Some of our most recent design projects include a revolutionary new insect trap, hotel room modems, and an all-in-one wireless computer. Please read more below about some of the very unique projects EDC has completed.

The new insect trap, titled the Intercept Panel Trap for Bark Beetles (PTBB) is the product of joint engineering design by Integrated Pest Management and EDC. The new trap, which uses considerably less insecticide than other traps and offers a water only method of beetle eradication, is an affordable and highly effective alternative to funnel traps and the traditional, environmentally damaging insecticide spray methods of bark beetle eradication.
