The
Process of Excellent Products
Excellent
products don't just happen. They are the
direct result of a carefully orchestrated concurrent development
program, requiring close collaboration of all responsible parties.
Engineering's
responsibility is not limited just to product design, but also includes
careful integration of the customer's desires with the capabilities
of the manufacturer, the tooling house, and the material supplier.
This
is a complex process, requiring that each step of the development
process be carefully coordinated from concept to production.

Global Alliances
We
have formed a close alliance with a number of tooling houses, molders,
and material suppliers.
The
synergy of this alliance allows us to meld the knowledge and expertise
of all suppliers with the requirements of the customer.
We
have found that it is extremely effective to conduct DFMEA analysis,
and involve the material supplier, tooling house, and molder early
in the design process.
The
result is seamless product development, and rapid delivery of an
extremely functional and cost effective product to the customer.
