Engineering Design Consultants, Ltd. acquires vendor approval at Western Star 

PORTLAND, Ore., January 2003-Portland-based Engineering Design Consultants, Ltd. (EDC) recently became an approved vendor for Freightliner LLC subsidiary, Western Star Trucks. EDC employees have already begun working on-site at the company. 

EDC currently has numerous employees working on-site at Freightliner LLC in Portland, Ore., and at Freightliner subsidiary American LaFrance. EDC also currently has employees working on-site at Gulfstream Aerospace, Medtronic Physio-Control, Warn Industries, Dura Convertibles, and American Sunroof Corporation. 

Western Star Trucks, now based in Portland, Ore., recently moved its headquarters from Kelowna, British Columbia. EDC maintains business holdings in Oregon, California, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Southwest.
